When Trump ran for president in 2016, one of his big promises was ensuring that he would build a wall between the United States and Mexican border to deter illegal immigrants from crossing the border. While this notion was pretty popular with Trump supporters, those who were against him thought it was pretty heinous, especially since most overstayers come in via airplanes anyway.
Trump has even stated that he is going to make Mexico pay for the wall between the two countries, but his plan may have hit a snag: Cards Against Humanity has purchased a large chunk of the US/Mexican border so that he can’t build his fabled wall there.
The company ran a $15 special where fans of the game could get “six America saving surprises” in the mail, plus assurance that the company purchased a plot of land at the US/Mexican border, complete with a map. They suggested that Trump fans “sit this one out.”
The plan proved to be so popular, that they sold out of their $15 specials and were able to fund their initiative immediately.
“Donald Trump is a preposterous golem who is afraid of Mexicans. He is so afraid that he wants to build a twenty-billion dollar wall that everyone knows will accomplish nothing. So we’ve purchased a plot of vacant land on the border and retained a law firm specializing in eminent domain to make it as time-consuming and expensive as possible for the wall to get built,” they wrote on their website.
Those who were lucky enough to purchase the specials will get their six surprises throughout the month of December, though the company has kept mum on exactly what to expect.
They have stated they are saving America from racism, injustice and lies.
For those who say they don’t like that Cards Against Humanity is getting political, they have suggested they stick it where the sun don’t shine.
